Ramesh has spent twenty-three years inside the rooms where large enterprises decide what gets built and how. Integration architect. Technology architect. Solution architect. Software engineer. IT manager. The titles changed; the work was always the same — turning thorny business problems into systems that actually work in production.
He led that work from inside two of the largest consulting houses on earth — Accenture and Deloitte — for clients across banking, retail, telecom and the public sector. Then in September 2020, he set up Growinture in Bangalore with a deceptively simple thesis: bring that same standard of engineering to the Indian public, and to a smaller, sharper kind of consulting partnership for global clients.
The newest chapter is AI. The last few years have gone into working AI tooling into the craft itself — agentic workflows, AI-assisted engineering, evaluation harnesses — used hands-on every day, not admired from a slide. The thesis stays the same: judgment decides what gets built, discipline decides how. AI widens what a serious studio can take on.
