This site collects almost nothing, tracks nothing, and sells nothing. Here's the whole story, in plain language.
Who we are
Growinture Technologies Private Limited (CIN U72900KA2020PTC139071), Bengaluru, Karnataka, India — "Growinture", "we". This policy covers this website, growinture.com. Our products QRwala and ReturnDone are separate services with their own privacy policies on their own domains.
What we collect
Only what you give us, plus the minimum needed to keep the site safe:
- The enquiry form — your name, email, message, and (optionally) company, role, areas of interest and budget range. Submitted only when you press "Send enquiry".
- With that submission — your IP address and browser identifier (user agent), recorded for spam prevention and security.
- Three functional cookies —
theme(remembers light/dark preference),we_csrf(protects the form against forgery), andwe_gate(only used by our team to preview the site behind a launch gate). None of them identify or track you.
What we deliberately don't do
- No analytics, no advertising pixels, no tracking of any kind.
- No third-party fonts, scripts or CDNs — every asset on this site is served by us, so browsing here tells no one else anything.
- No selling, renting or trading of your information. Ever.
Why we process it
Solely to read and respond to your enquiry, and to keep reasonable business records of the conversation. By submitting the form you consent to this use. The IP and browser data are processed in our legitimate interest of keeping the form abuse-free.
Where it lives and who sees it
Enquiries are stored in our own database on infrastructure we operate. Submitting the form triggers two emails — a notification to us and a confirmation to you — carried by our email transport provider. Beyond hosting and email infrastructure, no third party receives your data unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
For as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any engagement that follows, after which enquiries are archived or deleted. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.
Your rights
In line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may request access to, correction of, or erasure of your personal data, or withdraw consent, by writing to support@growinture.com. That address is also our grievance contact; we respond within a reasonable time.
Children
This site is meant for businesses and professionals and is not directed at children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version appears here with a new effective date. We won't quietly weaken it.
